it's okay, just really tight around my laps, I got a small because I wanted it to really hold my mummy Tummy...it's not holding as I would have liked it to Instead it hurts around my thighs. so I think I need to lose weight to be comfortable in it. other than that, it's okay and it may do the trick for others
