Non-Refundable Pre-Payment For Digital Creations

Paid as pre-payment for all digital creation engagements. This amount is paid by the client after an agreement to deliver a digital product.

Payment must be made prior to start of engagement and non-refundable in the event of cancellation by client after any work has been started.

This non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the final cost of product on completion, client will be expected at this time to pay only remainder of the balance as agreed by both MyMIYAKA and Client.
